Austin Commercial is building an additional Tower to the William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, as well as 2 Parking Garages. The project is expected to progress through 2020.

Olivier is providing Document Controls for the Austin Commercial team, supporting the engineers and project managers. We are managing documents for the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) scopes of work. This includes all transmittal, submittal, and correspondence logs; review of returned submittals; and review RFI's and shop drawings. All information is disseminated in real-time to our team and its subcontractors. Olivier document controls protocols assists the team in seamless collaboration and create higher efficiency in data management and communication.
