The LAX Terminal Cores and APM Interface Project is responsible for the construction and design of TBIT, Terminal 5, and the LAX PMO office located on the second floor of the Korean Air Building situated on the far southeast side of the Airport.

Olivier is a member of the Austin Commercial team providing compliance and administration services. As the Payroll Compliance Clerk, we assist subcontractors in registering in the Online Certified Payroll Systems (OCPS), ensuring that all required enrollment forms are properly completed and executed for submission to the City of Los Angeles. We monitor the OCPS to verify subcontractor compliance in paying prevailing wages and certify that their payroll is on time. Additionally, we process payroll for selected Austin Commercial subcontractors.

As the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) Administrator, Olivier submits Letters of Assent to the PLA Labor Relations Manager and monitors the teams Local Hire numbers for Hire/LAX to measure goal achievement. Communication strategies and events are planned for the dissemination of information to subcontractors on the importance of PLA compliance. We assist Community Workforce Development-HireLAX by inviting subcontractors and attending local hiring events. As a compliance professional consultant, Olivier understands the importance of outreach, real-time communication, and documentation.
