Olivier is a key team member in managing program and project budgets and cost control functions inclusive of budgeting, commitment management, change management, estimating, forecasting, and earned value management. Our Cost Control Specialist prepares and implement program quality control standards and procedures and is assisting in the implementation of new construction management software system, Accountability.
