DART selected Kiewit, Stacy & Witbeck, Reyes, Parsons (KSWRP), a joint venture, to design and construct the approximately nine-mile, six station LTR from Bachman Station on the Green Line in northwest Dallas to Belt Line Road, located south of DFW Airport. As a sub-consultant to KSWRP Team, Olivier was responsible for preparing design cost reports capturing associated design costs, coordinating all contractual requirements with design subcontractors, reconciling and processing pay applications, change orders, M/W/DBE spends, and administering OCIP claims reports.

Olivier attended and participated in team, owner, and public meetings, creating and distributing construction alerts, creating and publishing project newsletter, and responding to stakeholder/public concerns. Special events, grand opening activities and outreach meetings were coordinated.
