Olivier is contracted by DTI Group Ltd, an Australian firm, to provide project management services. We manage the daily operations of cameras being installed in 215 DART light rail vehicles and serve as the liaison between the owner and DTI. Weekly progress and testing reports are produced and maintained for submission to DART. Schedules are created, routinely reviewed, and revised to ensure timely delivery.

Olivier facilitates and records weekly quality assurance review meetings and all owner/client meetings. We ensure that equipment is ordered and delivered to keep the project on track. Maintenance issues are tracked and monitored for resolution. Our team makes certain that safety trainings and procedures are adhered to and appropriately scheduled.
