Fresno Area Express required process mapping services for processes & protocols associated with its Transit Supervisor I and Transit Radio/Dispatch positions; and training development services for its Transit Technical Skills Training Program.

Olivier provided process mapping services that provided strategic, tactical, and business improvement benefits. The process map diagrams demarcated functions, identified resource requirements for key processes, clarified roles and responsibilities, delineated operations, and provided procedural documentation. Additional these diagrams served as a training tool.

An assessment and review of FAX’s Standard Operating Procedures, process maps, and internal documents was initially conducted to support their Transit Technical Skills Training Program. Training Modules were developed based on training requirements, experience of personnel, certification standards, industry specific regulatory standards.
