Love Field Modernization Program - Dallas, TX
The Love Field Modernization Program was the first and is currently the longest contract that Olivier has had the privilege of working on. The Love Field Modernization Program (LFMP) was created in 2009 to accommodate the expected increase in traffic and nonstop flights from Love Field across the U.S. LFMP is a joint effort by the City of Dallas and Southwest Airlines to expand and transform Dallas Love Field Airport into a convenient, modern airport for travelers. Olivier mobilized on this project in 2009 as a part of the AVAirPros Program Management team for Southwest Airlines, providing document controls services. As the LFMP Program expanded with additional phases, Olivier’s services were extended due to its quality performance and reliability.
Olivier, Inc. is responsible for organizing and managing (filing, indexing, scanning, processing, retrieving) all documents including, but not limited to: RFI’s, submittals, transmittals, correspondence, contracts, reports, task orders, drawings, specifications, databases, and spreadsheets. The Document Controls Specialist worked with executive team to establish and deploy project and document control standards, policies, and best practices; and implemented a quality control test program to assure integrity of data maintained and stored. Additionally, Olivier supported Microsoft SharePoint developer in designing the layout of the SharePoint site and workflow processes to receive/distribute project related documents; including alert settings, upload features, and status updates; and assisted the developer with populating the document libraries/lists and testing the functionality of the site.
