Houston Airport System has a five-year capital improvement program, which was approved by the City of Houston City Council, for a $1.08 billion redevelopment plan. This work will take place over an eight-year period and include the redevelopment of international terminal facilities and other capital programs.

Olivier, Inc. mobilized on the IAH ITRP Parsons Program Management Support Services Team on August 1, 2016. As the Invoice Auditing and Compliance (IA&C) Administrator we support the project team. The Parsons PMSS contract is the largest PMSS Contract due to the amount of employees/sub-consultants Parsons has mobilized on the project. Our role recently expanded into being the lead IA&C Administrator for the Mickey Leland International Terminal (MLIT) Architect/Engineer project, United Airlines New C North project, and the Marriott Lease Agreement. In addition to being the lead on the various contracts stated above, we also provide support to the IA&C Manager in creating and generating various reports and providing analysis for reporting to the Executive Program Management team and client.
